I realize that you are viewing this website because you have been affected by something that you perceive as an injustice or that you need help in planning your estate goals.
Involvement in a legal matter can bring stressful emotions like shame or insecurity.
Together we can successfully navigate these difficult times.
I began practicing law in 1983. I am licensed to practice in the following jurisdictions:
Let me start by saying that I am a sole practitioner who has worked in the past in small firm settings, in middle size firms and a very large government organization delivering legal, accounting and administrative services to the public.
It is that experience plus a basic knowledge of the speed at which technology has advanced that has forged in me a vision of my firm to be small, highly flexible and responsive and to be quickly reactive to the needs of each client and to the changes in technology.
I believe that being small and flexible allows me to best serve my clients.
A key benefit to my clients produced by keeping my office partially virtual or even someday completely virtual is that I will not just meet the fee arrangements of similarly experienced attorneys who have the traditional overhead of brick and mortar locations but minimize what they charge while still giving superior service.
